1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration & KYC
To use the full functionality of cita88, you must register a single Account using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Registration requires a valid email address and a Malaysian mobile number.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether personally or through a third party — is a prohibited breach of these Terms. All Funds across duplicate accounts will be forfeited upon discovery.
You are required to complete cita88's KYC verification process before any withdrawal of Funds is permitted. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad for Malaysian residents, or passport for non-residents) and proof of ownership of your designated payment method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cita88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify cita88 support immediately via the in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected].
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the cita88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied by cita88. Third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, for which cita88 accepts no liability.
Deposits: Funds deposited via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, or Mastercard are credited to your Account immediately upon successful processing. cita88 reserves the right to require source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding specified thresholds.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed in accordance with the processing times published on the Platform. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit, or to methods registered and verified in the Player's name during the KYC process. cita88 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
cita88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered an internal compliance review. Funds deposited to a cita88 Account that are not used for wagering and are subsequently withdrawn within a short period may be subject to an administrative fee to cover payment processing costs.
6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods.
Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply:
- Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the specified wagering requirement has been met in full.

7 Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. cita88 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious technical error has occurred on cita88's part and is subsequently confirmed by the relevant game provider or data supplier.
In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, casino game, or esports market, the ruling of the relevant official governing body or game provider shall be final and binding. cita88 reserves the right to void bets where the integrity of an event is in question or where settlement data is demonstrably incorrect.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cita88 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of Funds where fraud is established:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Opening or operating multiple Accounts;
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
- Collusion with other players in poker or casino games;
- Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors;
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind;
- Harassment or abusive conduct toward cita88 staff or other players;
- Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game or event;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance and technical disruptions may periodically affect Platform availability.
cita88's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
12 Termination & Suspension
cita88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without notice, where:
- There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or money laundering;
- The Player has breached these Terms in a material respect;
- Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or compliance risk to cita88;
- The Player has requested permanent self-exclusion; or
- cita88 is required to do so by an order of a competent authority.
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Real-money Funds in excess of any amounts subject to pending investigations will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following the completion of any required review period, subject to applicable withholding obligations.
13 Amendments to Terms
cita88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their Account no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and withdraw any available Funds before the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through cita88 support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.
Players who feel a dispute has not been adequately resolved may refer the matter to the relevant gaming authority complaint resolution process applicable to their jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights as a Malaysian resident.
